If you are a first time attendee, there are a few things you’ll want to know.
When you arrive at the host hotel, come by the check-in/registration table to pick up your name badge and event information. Check-in will be available beginning Sunday at 1:00 PM. Someone will be stationed at the check-in table each day to answer any questions you have.
Tickets are required for each meal. Your registration covers meals for the days which you are registered, with the exception of Tuesday night’s Annual Banquet. The annual banquet ticket is only included in the full registration package or if purchased separately. Breakfast is served Monday through Wednesday. A boxed lunch is provided on Monday, and a catered lunch meal is provided on Tuesday during the Traffic Bowl final. Dinner on Sunday night is in the form of hors d’oeuvres in Hospitality Suites. Monday night’s dinner will be served at the ABD Event.

Welcome Reception & ABD Hospitality Event
The Welcome Reception & ABD Hospitality Event is a great time to network and catch up with friends you haven’t seen in a while. We will start at 6:00 PM with cocktails. Following that, a few of our wonderful sponsors will serve a variety of hors d’oeuvres and drinks in hotel suites. All are welcome to attend.
If you are a first time attendee scholarship winner, congratulations! On Monday, during the boxed lunch event, please pick up a boxed lunch in the Exhibitor Hall and meet with members of the various committees (location TBD).
